Professional counselling for groups in Australia
Our virtual group treatment service is facilitated by a clinical psychologist or a general psychologist. If you reside within the Monash Modified Model (MMM) classification 4-7 in Australia, your GP Mental Health Treatment Plan can cover up to 10 sessions on top of your individual therapy.
These sessions will help you connect with others with similar mental health challenges, share experiences and gain practical techniques to support your mental well-being.
At Mindcare Neuroscience, group psychology revolves around creating a confidential environment where people work together towards personal goals. You engage in guided discussions and interactive exercises, explore new ways of relating to others, work on self-awareness and build resilience. Our caring therapists walk you through recognising harmful patterns and practising healthy coping skills.
Why online group psychotherapy?
You are no longer facing problems alone. You are in a caring circle of people who understand what you are going through. Hearing how others confront everyday struggles can spark new perspectives for your journey.
Because our service is entirely remote, it’s a convenient group counselling option that is provided through care and connection across Australia.
How it works
Our telehealth sessions are based on a secure platform for open, non-judgemental dialogue. Everything shared during the therapy remains confidential so you can speak your mind and express your feelings without fear.
We match people who experience common mental issues. This targeted therapy for groups allows for closer connections and deeper insights. A psychologist will guide conversations and encourage the discovery of new perspectives.
